Service Description

Make a pre- appointment/paid $300.00 phone/in office consultation. Then, on day of ovulation, you both will come to our facilities to have Gender Selection Proceedure done. The remaining fee of $1,550.00 will be collected at this time. We use a modified Sedimentation Method to sort the sperm into two fractions (male:female). After sorting, an IUI (Intra-Uterine Insemination) is administered for the woman with the desired sperm fraction by a local OBGYN or your midwife. ( IUI is an addition cost) - Advantages: It is highly cost-effective Can be done at our Center in Lexington, Kentucky USA It takes 3-4 hours to complete. - Disadvantages: It yields lower success rate of desired gender (86% for male; 74% for female) than routine Sperm Washing. (process of separating the healthy, motile (swimming) sperm from the rest of the semen specimen). No PGD on the embryo is necessary; we only treat the sperm and follow up with intrauterine insemination.
